Cliff Renshaw FRlCS
Cliff is a Chartered Surveyor with a successful track record in both Property Development and Project Management based on more than thirty years of professional and commercial experience with blue chip companies and public sector organisations.
These include Capita, Sibec, Manchester City Council and Board positions with Jarvis FM and The Allen Group.
In addition to his P&L responsibilities and his expertise in locating residential and commercial development opportunities, he has taken the lead role on major contract negotiations and the associated contract administration for all forms of development projects.

Jonathan Renshaw MRICS MIRPM
Jonathan is both a Chartered Surveyor and a Member of the Institute of Residential Property Managers and has acquired 20 years of experience in the fields of property development and property management.
From land acquisition to property sales and service charge budgeting to end of year accounts, Jonathan has considerable experience in these areas ensuring clients receive quality professional advice.
His wide range of responsibilities has encompassed the identification of development opportunities and the management of a number of varying property portfolios.
Chris Renshaw MRICS
Chris is a Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience gained in a number of respected national surveying practices including Lambert Smith Hampton, GVA Grimley and GL Hearn.
Chris has considerable experience in the retail sector where he has acted for many landlords, developers and national retailers in the acquisition/disposal of property as well as professional matters including lease renewals, rent reviews and valuations across the High Street and Retail Parks.
His clients have included Tesco, Ladbrokes, Orbit, Telereal Trillium,
Asda and Sainsbury.
