Working alongside investors we identify suitable investment properties, and set up a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) which will own 100% of the shares and private investors can then decide how much they wish to invest.

The criteria for selecting suitable properties is:

• “location, location, location”
• Excellent returns on equity
• the covenant strength of the tenant
• Leases based on market rents

Investments usually last for 5 years during which investors receive a regular income and a return of capital at the end of the period.

A further advantage of Commercial Property Investments is that they are often very suitable for individual’s SIPP and SSAS pension funds which enjoy significant tax benefits.

We manage the whole process from acquisition and management to final disposal and, as a measure of our confidence, we will also be shareholders in most properties.
