The criteria for selecting suitable properties is:

- Excellent returns on equity
- the covenant strength of the tenant
- Leases based on market rents
A further advantage of Commercial Property Investments is that they are often very suitable for individual’s SIPP and
SSAS pension funds which enjoy significant tax benefits.
